While minor children are allowed on premises with a minor-waiver release form completed, parents/guardians are responsible for the children at all times. Drivers wearing race gear (helmets, harnessed in, etc.) have limited visibility when coming off track. General Rule of Thumb: Race cars should have the right of way at a race track; not the pedestrian.
