Due to Insurance requirement all Passengers during the event must be a licensed driver. High School Students must be at least 16 with a valid Driver's License with no Restrictions (no permit) and Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to sign waiver. NO SMOKING/VAPING on any Mt Bachelor properties. Noise levels will be monitored during the event to ensure that all vehicles comply with the 95.9 db noise limit. Vehicles exceeding the limit will be required to take corrective action before they will be permitted back on the course.
