The location is remote, there is no cell service (15-20 mile stretch) and have a full tank of gas. PLEASE ALLOW 1 HOUR 15 MINUTES for the drive from Carmel or Monterey. Your checklist for the day should include the following: lunch, folding picnic chair(s), hat, boots, sunscreen, walking stick, bug spray and a lightweight jacket as temperatures may vary. Please note, there is poison oak on the property. The ranch is definitely “off the beaten path” so prepare accordingly, cell service is limited.
